BMS Integration
Most property portfolios include a diverse range of BMS types. Ideally any provision for a BMS should satisfy the group property requirement for a completely open protocol system. However with existing systems we are faced with the choice of replacement or re-alignment; replacement is generally prohibitively expensive so the CORMS Site Server provides the platform for a common access route.
All plant connected to the BMS is capable of priority alarm reporting and condition monitoring is integrated. Basic system control may be incorporated where required. Run time reporting of equipment, electrical metering and the ability to trend system points are the main priorities.
Each BMS will interface directly with CORMS, allowing direct access for command and control of the system. This provides a central consolidated view which allows remote manipulation and removes reactionary action at site level. The system is monitored for correct operation and design intent via a managed support mechanism.
